I understand this frustration.
But, I also know that there’s a better way to approach weight loss that allows us to rise above the clutter and start having success right away.
After years of taking bad fitness advice and attempting just about every diet known to humanity, I realized that the biggest issue with losing weight isn’t knowing what to do, but rather, understanding how to do it. Because, while there is a science to losing weight, there's also an art to it. Here is where most weight loss "secrets" are found. Learning how to balance the two is what allowed me to lose 200 pounds and keep them off for the past 15 years.
But it’s not just me who has found my unique approach to be successful, so too has my friend Rose.
She asked for my guidance through her weight loss journey, and after about a year, she was over 100 pounds lighter and finally ready to start a family.
